Climbing Mt. Humphrey’s is very strenuous.
The hiker needs to be in fairly good shape and free of any health problems. One-on-One training
is available that includes hiking @ different elevation gain and diet needs. A good training schedule for
a 1st timer on Mt. Humphrey’s is 2 to 4 weeks. Contact Teri Ann for more information.
