Ladies, now is your chance to have an 1-on-1 Fitness Hiking &
Nutrition Sessions with Teri Ann. She works with beginners to advanced hikers. Your first session will consist
of sitting down with her and going over your goals (first 6 months) that include fitness and weight management. She
will share her success with the "Southbeach Diet" with you (she lost 40 lbs in 4 months) and guide you on the correct
path to eating healthier, while incorporating fitness hiking into the mix. Materials included in these sessions is a
fitness log, in which you will learn how to keep track of your daily goals.

Sessions: 60 to
90 minute sessions are available / 1 to 3 times per week
Cost: $20.00
per hour (payment plans are available, using your credit/debit card)

Ladies Hiking Boot Camp:
Ladies, is your exercise routine consist of running after your children, dogs, and even your husband?
Do you find yourself so exhausted by the end of the day that you don't even want to walk around the corner, let alone the
block. Have you found yourself gaining weight even though you have been on a diet for years?
Then our "Ladies Hiking Boot Camp" is for you. Our class will give you a fitness
routine that will ump your energy to do all that chasing and running around with your family. You will find yourself
more energized than you have been in years, and with proper nutritional guidelines you will find the pounds dropping off.
Our class consist of:
- The proper technique of hiking
- Nutrition Advice (on what
to eat and what not to eat)
- Nutrition and Exercise Log
- Butt-Kicking Hikes (1.5 to 2 hours per class) in South Mountain
- Early
Class - 5:00 am (plenty of time to get your workout done for the day and start your day energized)
- Special Classes will be held on Camelback Mountain (talk about a butt-kicking hike!!!)
Spring classes start March 15th
Pricing:
$50.00 Registration Fee - Includes a one-on-one consultation and hike w/Teri Ann where the two of you will work
on your fitness and diet goals (includes a nutrition & exercise log for you to keep). After going over
your goals, you and Teri Ann will do a hike to evaluate your fitness level @ the beginning of the boot camp. Expect
to spend 60 to 90 minutes with Teri Ann @ the initial consultation/hike.
Each participant
must attend the one-one-one session with Teri Ann before joining in on our Boot Camp Hikes.
$15.00 per class or
Packs - can be used @ any of our boot camp classes
$140.00 for a 10-Pack Class Card (savings of $10.00)
$260.00 for a
20-Pack Class Card (savings of $40.00)
Monthly Payment Plans:
Packages are available in a 3-month installment plan. 50% down payment is required for the 1st month, and the remainding
two monthly payments are due on the same date as your 1st payment, via your credit or debit card.
Early Morning and Evening Classes available (see calendar)

Ladies Indoor Rock Climbing Events:
Ladies, have you ever wanted to try rock climbing, but was too scared to climb outdoors?
Well, now is your chance to try rock climbing indoors. This is great for ladies church groups, or invite your co-workers.
During this event, you will learn the basic of climbing, including belaying your partner, the proper technique in using equipment,
what types of routes there are, etc.
Class Time: 3-5 hours
Group Size: 4+
